Disclaimer: Please keep in mind, balloons and hot, sunny conditions do not mix. Balloons will pop and tape may fail. We also do NOT use balloons shiners for our balloons. These products can cause dangerous and slippery conditions. So our balloons will get the “matted” appearance, which does not mean anything is wrong with them, they just look less shiny. We recommend shade, especially for darker colors, in order to prevent popping, and extensive matte appearance.
